Error Codes and Troubleshooting

Error Code E001: Failure of Ground Detection

Cause: The sensor head is blocked, or the cleaner is stuck on stairs.
Failure Identification: The sensor head cannot detect the ground properly, or the cleaner may be positioned on uneven terrain or a staircase.
Troubleshooting: Clean the cliff sensor ground detector, or manually pick up the cleaner if it's stuck on stairs.

Error Code E002: Suction Inlet Blocked

Cause: The suction inlet or dust sensor head is blocked by dust or debris.
Failure Identification: The dust sensor head is covered with dust, or the passage to the suction inlet is obstructed.
Troubleshooting: Clean any foreign objects or dust from the sensor head and suction inlet to resume operation.

Error Code E003: Wheels Not Working

Cause: The left and right drive wheels are tangled with wires or debris.
Failure Identification: The wheels are unable to rotate or move, preventing the vacuum from functioning.
Troubleshooting: Remove any foreign objects that may be entangling the left and right wheels, allowing them to spin freely.

Error Code E004: Failure of Side Brushes

Cause: The left or right side brushes are tangled with wires or other objects.
Failure Identification: The side brushes are not rotating, affecting the vacuum's cleaning ability.
Troubleshooting: Clear any foreign objects from the side brushes to restore proper operation.

Error Code E005: Wheels Off the Ground

Cause: The drive wheels are lifted off the ground.
Failure Identification: The vacuum cleaner is unable to move because the wheels are not making contact with the surface.
Troubleshooting: Place the cleaner back onto a flat, stable surface to ensure the wheels are in contact with the ground.

Error Code E006: (Not in Use)

Note: This error code is currently not in use for the MyGenie ZX1000.

Error Code E007: Low Battery

Cause: The cleaner has insufficient battery power to operate.
Failure Identification: The cleaner will not function properly due to a depleted battery.
Troubleshooting: Manually move the cleaner back to its docking station for recharging.

Error Code E008: Cleaner Won't Recharge

Cause: The power switch is off, or the battery is not properly connected.
Failure Identification: The cleaner is unable to recharge or turn on.
Troubleshooting: Ensure the power switch is turned on, or properly connect the battery in place.

Error Code E009: Wall Detection Failure

Cause: The sensor head for wall detection is blocked.
Failure Identification: The cleaner may collide with walls or obstacles due to improper sensor function.
Troubleshooting: Clean the transparent front collision sensor to resume normal operation.

Error Code E010: Front Bumper Issue

Cause: The front bumper or switch is blocked.
Failure Identification: The front bumper does not respond, which could prevent obstacle detection.
Troubleshooting: Press the front bumper to check if it can bounce back freely. Clear any blockage around the bumper.

Error Code E011: Battery NTC Issue

Cause: There is an issue with the battery installation or connection.
Failure Identification: The vacuum cleaner cannot operate due to battery connection issues.
Troubleshooting: Unplug the battery terminals and re-install or replace the battery to resolve the issue.

Error Code E012: Low Water Level in the Water Tank

Cause: The water tank is empty or has insufficient water.
Failure Identification: The cleaner's mopping function cannot operate due to the low water level.
Troubleshooting: Refill the water tank to the appropriate level to resume the mopping function.
